ABOUT

Welcome to Yoga House, Orewa,

My name is Sophie, my husband Nick Rado and I opened Orewa's first premium, purpose-built Yoga, Barre and Pilates Studio. We first opened our doors in August 2022 at a time where so many of us were seeking more ways to relax and connect. I love this beautiful space nestled between the trees and Nukumea stream,

I can't wait to share its magic with you soon!

Wishing You Wellness

  • Studio doors open to students 15 mins before class begins. Please allow time prior to this for the teacher to arrive and prepare.

YOGA HOUSE BEST PRACTICES

  • Please do not walk on other people's mats.

  • To honour the energy and group dynamic, please do not perform a practice markedly different from the teacher's. Modifications are significant and welcome, but if you want to do your own thing, please do that at home.

  • Please tidy any props or equipment you use away neatly to look nice and tidy for incoming Yoga House students.

  • Please respect your teacher's time, boundaries and energy. If you need extra time with any of our instructors, personal 1:1 sessions are available. See the price list for further information.

  • Personal hygiene, please stay fresh and neutral. Avoid wearing strong after shaves and perfumes.
